Adam Goldman, President and CEO:
Adam has spent his career in manufacturing, sales, consulting, operations and information technology as an executive and Partner with several Fortune 50 companies and Management Consulting Firms. His industry knowledge extends to automotive, consumer products, QSR, software and information technology, telecommunications, media and entertainment, retail and distribution.
Prior to the founding of BAP Inc., Adam had been recruited into IBM’s Business Consulting Services division from PriceWaterhouseCoopers to assist the company in growing the practice from a traditional IT consulting group to an end to end strategy and implementation company focusing on clients’ full needs. As a Partner, Adam worked with such companies as The Wall Street Journal, Peugeot Motors, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Freightliner, Harley Davidson, Sprint, Virgin, Telcordia, Global Crossing and JP Morgan Chase.
He later transitioned to IBM's Sales and Distribution division where he was promoted to Client Executive for five of IBM’s key global accounts, with a yearly value to IBM in excess of $62 million. Adam successfully developed a strong relationship with each client's senior management team with a focus on the “C” suite resulting in substantial financial and market share growth. Many of these executives regard him as a confidant regarding IT and non IT business strategies, including expansion, cost savings, outsourcing and efficiency initiatives.
Prior to his tenure at PwC, Adam was a Global Programme Manager and Senior Manager at Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young respectively working with clients to develop and execute business strategy initiatives for some of the most respected global OEM and tier 1 automotive manufactures. Adam started his career working with Ford Motor Company in Assembly Operations both in production management and engineering, afterward joining Anheuser-Bush’s Brewery and Packaging Operations.
Adam has comprehensive experience in international business, having lived and worked in Africa, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Adam holds a BS degree from Babson College in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies.

Budd Goldman, Advisor:
Budd is owner and President of Ellery HomeStyles, LLC, a major soft-goods producer encompassing brands such as Waverly®, Williamsburg AT HOME®, KAS Australia, amongst others.
Since purchasing the Ellery brand in 2001, Budd has grown the company to more than $100MM sales with a New-York based design and showroom, domestic distribution, and offices in China, Hong Kong, India, and Pakistan. Prior to purchasing Ellery, Budd founded gift & novelty manufacturer Banning Enterprises, was Chief Operating Officer of Russ Berrie, a major publicly-traded gift and home manufacturer, and has been involved in numerous other entrepreneurial ventures.
Before starting his entrepreneurial career, Budd was a senior managing partner for a major New York-based accounting firm, having earned his Certified Public Accountant designation at the age of 22.

Jeff Baccare, Advisor:
Jeff is the Managing Partner of Baccare & Associates LLC, a consulting and forensic accounting firm. Jeff has spent his career in the accounting industry with firms such as PricewaterhouseCoppers. As a Senior Manager, he led teams through the due diligence process, providing his clients with the financial insight to effectively decide on the value of a merger or acquisition. After his tenure at PwC, Jeff served as the CFO of a telecommunications company that was eventually acquired by Tyco.
Jeff continues to assist clients in mergers and acquisitions through company valuations, pre-evaluations, consulting, and the entire due diligence process. Jeff is a graduate of Drexel University's, College of Business and Administration. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.

Irina Tafel, CPA, Advisor:
Irina is the founding Partner of Vista Tax Group, where she assists clients in various aspects of tax and financial planning, including involvement in all financial matters such as cash management, wealth preservation and transactional advice.
Irina began her career in public accounting at Arthur Anderson, LLP where she was a principal in the Metro New York Tax and Business Advisory practice. After Anderson, she joined a local public accounting firm specializing in tax services for high net worth individuals and families. In 2005, she founded Vista Tax Group, LLC where she continues to service her clients.
