Adam has spent his career in manufacturing, sales, consulting, operations and information technology as an executive and Partner with several Fortune 50 companies and Big 8 Management Consulting
Firms. His industry knowledge extends to automotive, consumer products, QSR, hospitality, software and information technology, telecommunications, media and entertainment, retail and
distribution.
Prior to the founding of BAP Inc., Adam had been recruited into IBM’s Business Consulting Services division from PriceWaterhouseCoopers to assist the company in growing the practice from a
traditional IT consulting group to an end to end strategy and implementation company focusing on clients’ full needs. As a Partner, Adam worked with such companies as The Wall Street Journal, Peugeot
Motors, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Freightliner, Harley Davidson, Sprint, Virgin, Telcordia, Global Crossing and JP Morgan Chase.
He later transitioned to IBM's Sales and Distribution division where he was promoted to Client Executive for five of IBM’s key global accounts, with a yearly value to IBM in excess of $62
million. Adam successfully developed a strong relationship with each client's senior management team with a focus on the “C” suite resulting in substantial financial and market share growth.
Many of these executives regard him as a confidant regarding IT and non IT business strategies, including expansion, cost savings, outsourcing and efficiency initiatives.
Prior to his tenure at PwC, Adam was a Global Programme Manager and Senior Manager at Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young respectively working with clients to develop and execute business
strategy initiatives for some of the most respected global OEM and tier 1 automotive manufactures. Adam started his career working with Ford Motor Company in Assembly Operations both in production
management and engineering, afterward joining Anheuser-Bush’s Brewery and Packaging Operations.
Adam has comprehensive experience in international business, having lived and worked in Africa, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Adam holds a BS degree from Babson College in Business Administration
and Entrepreneurial Studies.
Jafor began his career in store level management, and through an acquisition joined BAP in 2001. Throughout this time he took over the everyday operation of one of our small regions, where both sales and customer satisfaction saw record highs. As one of our directors of operations, he has full P&L responsibility for our urban market locations including pricing, purchasing, HR, payroll, product quality and overall customer satisfaction. He has also been instrumental in strategic relocations of underperforming locations.
Jafor holds a degree in accounting, and his experience extends to Asia, Middle East, and North America.
Elah began her career in store level management both in Banking and QSR's, and through an acquisition joined BAP in 2016. Throughout this time, she was delegated with a larger territory where her focus was to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction and reduce labor turnover. She currently has full P&L responsibility for our suburban markets, new and remodeled locations including staff training, and HR.
Elah holds a degree in marketing, and her experience extends to Asia, and North America.
